Lo Piccolo Law, P.C. operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with current and prospective clients regarding their legal matters. Messages sent through this program include, but are not limited to: case status updates, appointment reminders, document requests, hearing notifications, deadline reminders, firm announcements, and responses to client inquiries. This program is operated using MyCase as our client relationship management platform and Twilio as our messaging service provider.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS program — whether verbally, in writing, through our intake forms, or by texting a keyword to our messaging number — you consent to receive text messages from us related to your legal matter and our services.
